Cameras and my hand!

These are the types of camera that are mostly used in Through the Viewfinder photography. The most common is the Kodak Duaflex II, seen here on the left. The original Duaflex is on the right. In the centre, is a Lubitel 2 and while the principal is the same, it is unfortunate that there is a magnified circle right in the centre of the viewfinder, making it practically impossible to use it for TTV photography.

As you can see, I have made up a very basic Contraption for the Duaflex II, but I'm hoping to improve on this model in the near future!

So this is today's effort. OF my own hand, BY my own hand.

I'm absolutely loving this TtV photography.

Here are some I took this evening.

A new way to see the world

Thanks to Maz , I just had to have a go at taking photographs TtV, or Through the Viewfinder. Basically, you use one camera to look at an object, then use ANOTHER camera to take the shot of the image in the viewfinder of the first camera.

Here are my very first attempts, taken last night .....

They may not look much to you, but I'm thrilled with them! I can't wait till the weekend so that I can go outside and take some TtV's in the garden.

Ooooh - another blog!

This blog will be for pics taken TTV - Through the Viewfinder.

It's my new passion!
